  • dooonate takes the empty space in your out-of-office email reply and gives it to charity. So, while you're not round they can use it to spread their messages to your colleagues, friends and family.

  • It's one of the easiest ways to help a charity - and it's absolutely free. Millions of out-of-office replies are sent every day, so there's real potential for the sort of exposure that could make a big difference to a charity. And did we mention that it's free?

  • You need to come to this site to set your dooonate. Select 'Set my dooonate' from the menu above, and you'll be guided through three easy steps.

  • You can choose an automatic switch-off date when you set your dooonate up. If you want to change that date you just need to select Edit/stop my dooonate from the menu above.

  • Every time you see a message from a charity, they've probably paid to get it there. And advertising's not cheap, so that adds up to a lot of fun runs, raffles and bake-offs. dooonate gives your charity a free space to send their message straight to people's inboxes.

  • At the moment, only employees of media agency Mindshare can use dooonate. That's because it's currently a beta (testing) version. The good news is that we're planning to make it available to everyone soon. So keep an eye out!
